A. 分別使用IntactProtein?裂解試劑盒和RIPA緩沖液裂解HeLa細胞,并使用mTOR(289 kDa)抗體進行蛋白免疫印跡,裂解物上樣量為50μg。
B. HT1080細胞裂解物(50 μg)在如圖所示處理的冰上裂解,并用抗SMRT(160,270 kDa)抗體印跡。注意,超聲將SMRT片段化為更小的肽。
